Systems we built, still running.

Everything here is live in production for a paying client. The hostnames are real and the software behind them belongs to the businesses using it — none of it was made for this page.

Rosheta dashboard: Arabic-language call centre analytics showing total, answered, missed, inbound and outbound call counts with export controls

Rosheta

A call centre running on a PBX that produced plenty of data and no way to read it. Answering a simple question about yesterday meant going through raw logs.

A dashboard over the PBX: total, answered and missed calls, inbound and outbound volumes, and duration averages. Built Arabic-first, because that is the language the team works in, with CSV export so the numbers can be taken into their own tools.

The team answers questions about their own call volumes without asking anyone, and the data leaves in a format they own.

Live currency boards for two exchange businesses

Two exchange businesses publishing their rates by phone and by hand, and repeating the same answer all day.

A board per business showing USD, TRY and EUR buy and sell rates, updated in real time and delivered from the edge so it loads on a bad connection rather than timing out.

Customers read the rate themselves instead of ringing to ask for it.

Managed infrastructure

Hosting and device management on our own servers

Clients whose systems sat in their own offices, and went down whenever the power or the line did.

Those systems moved onto infrastructure we run: European servers behind a global edge network, with backups and monitoring that are our responsibility rather than theirs.

A power cut in the office no longer takes the business offline, and somebody is watching the systems who is not the office manager.

Most of our work doesn't have a screenshot.

Networks, servers, migrations and mail systems are invisible when they are working — which is rather the point. What we can show you is the drawing, the documentation, and the people who will confirm it. Ask, and we will put you in touch with a client.

  • Office network build-outs
  • Multi-site links between branches
  • Mail migrations, with authentication done properly
  • Server hardening, documented
  • Hosting moves onto infrastructure we operate
  • Backup and restore that has actually been tested
