Email Systems

Business mail that actually arrives.

Routing, storage and authentication configured properly from day one — because mail that lands in spam is indistinguishable from mail you never sent.

What's included

Concrete items — things you can point at, not adjectives.

  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured and verified against a live send
  • Mailbox and alias structure agreed before anything is migrated
  • Existing mail migrated with nothing left behind on the old system
  • Spam and routing rules set at the domain, not device by device
  • Deliverability checked against the major providers, and the result shown to you

What you end up with

What you are holding when the work is finished.

  • Mail that reaches an inbox instead of a spam folder
  • A DNS record set you could hand to anyone

How we approach it

Authentication is not optional any more. A domain without DMARC is a domain anyone can send as.

We migrate before we cut over, so the old system is still there if something is missing.

Rules belong on the server. A filter that lives in one person’s laptop protects one person.
